I’ve been a subscriber of Smart Bro Wifi since they first introduced it in the market. During my first year, it’s really a HELL. Almost everyday, I barge to the Smart Wireless Centers in Davao City to complain on their very very very poor connection. Oh well, all I always got was you do this and this and this then you call the hotline. A hotline that really sucks. I’ve already memorized their lines, their instructions on how to troubleshoot but then nothing is happening. I still had no connection at all.

In short, it’s really a HELL! I’ve unleashed all cushy words to all of the customer service representatives in all of the Smart Wireless Centers in Davao City as well as to their CSRs in the hotline. I had no choice, I need the internet for living.

I knew I’m not alone, I’ve bumped into a blogsite where all Smart Bro users have posted all their ire against Smart Telecommunications Company. Maybe around a thousand users were also complaining! Some suggested of filing a formal complaint before the NTC.

Even today, most of the new subscribers are still complaining of the poor service. Am also experiencing poor connections during heavy rains and there are times that even on fair weather, I don’t have internet connection. It still sucks.

Just yesterday, my friend Toto Lozano told told me that he is experiencing poor internet connection with his Smart Bro Wifi.

The reason why I jumped into the bandwagon of Smart Bro users because they said it’s seven times faster than a dial up. Again, this is FALSE. It’s damn slow. I’ve seen a blog entry asking : “Are we getting the speed as advertised?”

That’s true, we’re not really getting the speed as advertised.

There is NO TRUTH in their advertising. The company is just luring the people for them to be able to rake profits while rendering a very very very poor service. At the rate of 1-10, I’ll rate their service 4. As in poor not four!

Oh by the way, I lost my connection last night. I was told that there’s something wrong with my antenna. I don’t know if they are telling the truth. I’ll just wait for the technicians to come. And I don’t know when.
